RE/MAX Masters-Chandler Properties Leasing Information  

Welcome to RE/MAX Masters' Property Management Division. We have a wide variety of properties available to meet the needs of individuals looking to rent. We currently manage single-family properties, ranging in size from 2 bedrooms/2 baths to 4 bedrooms/2.5 baths. Take a look at our current rental list, which is updated daily. You will find detailed descriptions and photos of the properties currently available. Plus our website contains information about the community, weather, things to do, and maps of the area.

Rental Application

Thank you for your interest in leasing from us. Our rental application can be downloaded, printed, and either faxed back, mailed, or brought to our office. A non-refundable $45.00 application fee is due at the time of application for the primary applicant, $70 for a married couple and an additional $40.00 fee for any co-applicant. When sending in your completed application, please also include proof of each applicant's pay history for the last 30 days, along with copies of each applicant's drivers license.

Once the application documents and application fee (certified funds or cash) is received, we will process your application with credit/background/rental history check. When complete, the Property Management Coordinator will contact you.

If you have been approved, an appointment will be scheduled to write the lease and collect your security deposit.
